1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During peak periods such as sales events, festive seasons, or times of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available for your location, may include additional charges. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

6. Address Accuracy

Kindly ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
Aroma Mystique will not be responsible for delivery delays, non-delivery, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
